Perceived Job Satisfaction of Campus Recreation Student Employees and Their Intent to Stay

The purpose of this exploratory study was to investigate the relationship between Campus Recreation student employee's levels of satisfaction and their intent to stay at the job, at the university, and within the recreation profession. Eighty-three participants from nine universities within the southeast United States completed an online survey. Descriptive statistics and frequencies were used to describe the population, and correlations examined relationships between satisfaction and the intent to stay items.
