Abstract
York School District One will head up the grant, which also involves Chester County School District, North Central Regional S²MART Center, Catawba Regional Education Center, and York County Culture and Heritage Museums. Winthrop and North Central Regional S²MART Center will design summer institutes for teachers to focus on curriculum standards and benchmark assessments, under the leadership of Beth Costner, chair of the Department of Mathematics.
