Abstract
The event will be from 2 - 5 p.m. in Whitton Auditorium in Vivian M. Carroll Hall. A reception in the Macfeat House adjacent to Carroll Hall will follow the event. Secretary Hammond will discuss the different types of entity structures that his office handles, such as LLCs, partnerships, sole proprietorships, S-Corps, C-Corps, etc. He will discuss the form requirements, as well as other facts surrounding each entity choice.
