Abstract
HIGHLIGHTS Miracle Park is a public/private project between the university, the city of Rock Hill and the York County Disabilities Foundation. Developers said Miracle Park promises to bring the joys of recreation to everyone, particulary those who might need it most -- South Carolinians with mobility challenges, developmental disabilities, and other special needs.
