Abstract
HIGHLIGHTS The National Science Foundation (NSF) awarded Woodfill, an assistant professor of anthropology, a $12,152 grant to salvage, map and excavate the remaining artifacts in the city of Coban, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. The artifacts are "likely the largest figurine workshop yet encountered in the Maya world."
